1. When you click on PURCHASE button, you are sending an order for the chosen item. In this order is mentioned: Country and location for delivery Preferable payment method Your contact information 2. Our customer service will give you feedback with confirmation of availability on stock, possibility the item to be delivered to your country and the price of shipment. We will issue invoice for payment or we will give you link for card bank transfer on our site. For additional information or any concerns, please contact our manager.

MAKE ORDER

To make an order, you need to fill the order form following the instructions:

  • Choose the item you want to purchase.
  • Click PURCHASE button on the bottom of the shopping card.
  • Please state your gender and age. Fill in your contact details.

PLEASE NOTE: Sales are first come, first served. To be fair to all customers, we do not ‘hold’ or ‘layaway’ knives pending payment or returned item.
When we ship internationally, any customs fees involved with the order will be paid by the purchaser; we will not be responsible or liable for any foreign delay, seizure or customs fees.
The items that we sell at NOBLIE COLLECTIBLES are relatively high in value and vary greatly in weight.
We calculate shipping charges based mostly on the weight and distance and not on the value of the item.
Our intent is to charge you about what it costs us to ship it and we have set up this page to help you in determining the approximate costs.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from NOBLIE COLLECTIBLES.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition seven (7) days.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return a knife, you must first call or e-mail with-in the seven day inspection period to receive returns instructions before returning any merchandise.
Any returned knife must be in the same condition as it was shipped and must be received by us within thirty (30) days of the date we provide you with return instructions. We require that your return include full insurance, adequate packaging and signature confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts).
Any items returned not in new or used condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense.
Any request for a visual product inspection does not change these policies. If you are returning a knife, we will not process an additional order until the knife is received in perfect condition and our return process is completed.
We will not ship our products to third parties for engraving, scrimshaw, custom sheaths or other alterations.
We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.
If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

CUSTOMS ISSUES

International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk.
By placing an international order, the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route.
If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, the customer is still responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our own discretion.
