    MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

    Designed as 19th century High Command officers saber, this model is produced by traditional methods of metal work and decoration such as: forging, nickel plating, brass plating, gilding, etching, engraving and leather processing.
    Blade of atmosphere resistant Damascus steel. Additional adornment on both sides with decorative frames and inside depicted by engraving and gilding scenes of the Russo-Turkish war of 1877-1878 and military symbols.
    Handle is assembled of metal and leather elements. Three branch D-guard and one upward swept quillon with ear ending. A grip of black leather wrapped in gilded wires. Brass and nickel plated upper hilt part with gilded engravings. Pommel cap with ball ending.
    The scabbard is made of brass and nickel plated. Fine decorated with numerous leaves engravings. Four nickel lockets, one side formed as ceremonial ribbons. Epaulettes shaped nickel plates with orders of merit on the other side, arranged by their significance as the Emperor’s insignia of power and supremacy: The Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called, The Order of Alexander Nevsky, The Order of Saint Anna, The Order of Saint George.
