    MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

    Designed and artistically adorned in 18-19th century Polish Karabela style as an edged weapon for the light cavalry. Custom made sword produced in a single copy.

    Produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration: blade forging, gold plating, nickel plating, leather processing, engraving, blackening, etching and gems inlay.

    Blade of atmosphere resistant Damascus steel with engraved and gilded decorative ornaments.

    Handle of metal and wooden components, brass guard and pommel with ornamental engravings and additional blackening decoration. Pommel in traditional ear shaped ending with hanging light leather tassel. Grip of birch burl.

    Cross-shaped guard, decorated with engraved and gilded ornaments. Bullet ending of each quillon. Gemstones inlaid on the pommel and the center of the guard.

    The scabbard is all metal forged and very rich and artistically adorned. Decorative mouthpiece, locket and stylish chape. Various ornamental engravings additionally gilded and blackened. Two decorative suspension rings.
